BACKGROUND

Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Brawijaya in period 2015, the organizational structure consists of a chairman, vice chairman, three bureaus, and six departments. Where in the organization structure in the form of complementary in achieving the goals, vision and mission. In an organization, the most important component is not just a structure. Moreover, it is about the Human Resources that will conduct actions to accomplish the purpose, vision and missionsof an organization.

In an organization, often members still lack of understanding of the functions and objectives of the organization itself. This often creates a lot of understanding that is not in accordance with what is supposed to be owned by members of the organization who is feared will affect the learning process and the performance of the members. Being aware of this common condition, this activity is expected to provide better explanation about each function, purpose to how process that must be followed by members and the direction of motion of this organization during a period in the future.

Leader On Economic activity is intended to provide basic supplies how should the members of the organization must act and character because it is in the organization of the Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Economics and Business 2015 we are stewards who did have to serve each of the students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Brawijaya is thus expected the material presented in this activity is able to build good character in organizing and improving organizational knowledge about members followed so as to improve the quality of the performance of members and understanding of the function and purpose of this organization during the period ahead.

THEME EVENTS

The theme of this event is “Sensitive, Active, Serve.”

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The general objective to be achieved through this activity is to increase the participation of students, especially members of the BEM in developing personal mandate to carry out their duties in a container so that the image of the institution or organization BEM FEB forward is expected to increase.

The specific objectives to be achieved through this activity are:

  1. Provide an understanding of everything about the BEM BEM FEB.
  2. Embedding professional work attitude.
  3. Establish BEM FEB personally responsible, committed, and have a high leadership.
  4. Increase motivation and morale BEM FEB.
  5. Meet the needs of the management and organization.
  6. Improve and develop the potential of the BEM.
  7. Embedding solidity and loyalty towards BEM FEB.
  8. Embedding tradition of critical thinking and balanced in the organization.
  9. Improving the management skills in the organization.
  10. Increase the sense of brotherhood and cooperation between members of the BEM.
  11. Increase the sense of belonging to the BEM administrator-FEB.
