BASIC IDEA

Various severity of the problems faced by Indonesia increasingly encourage the students of economics, especially members of the CIES to recite more about Islamic Economics, one of which is through activities that have the orientation to print a cadre of economists – reliable economist who will be able to make a major contribution to the nation, particularly in the Islamic world.
On the basis of the above discussion, the Center for Islamic Economics Studies intends to organize the School of Islamic Economics (SISMIC 2015), by lifting a theme titled “Islamic Economics Bumikan with intellect and spirit Increased application of Islamic Economics in a Global Era”. Taking this theme is not only needs a slogan, but it is also expected to be the answer to problems that exist in the organization CIES on the need for qualified human resources in the field of Islamic Economics etched through a comprehensive assessment of Islamic Economics assisted by professional speakers in field. Through this activity is expected to print a cadre – a cadre of economists rabbani.Wallahua’lam Bi-Showwab Ash.

THEME

“Apply islamic economic with intellect and spirit Increased application of Islamic Economics in a Global Era ”

PURPOSE

  1. As an organization that facilitates the CIES cadres to improve the intellect as well as apply in the global era through routine pengakajian Assisted by expert tutor.
  2. As the container intellectual improvement in terms of creating a reliable human resources.
  3. Analyze contemporary issues and provide solutions to the Islamic economic alternative.
  4. Socialize Islamic Economics in the community.
  5. Support the Islamic Economic Development at the level of academics.

IMPLEMENTATION

SISMIC development activities organized by the department of Human Resources and Development (HRD), the Center for Islamic Economics Studies (CIES), Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Brawijaya. SISMIC held 2 weeks once started from 16th March to 27th November 2015 with a frequency of 13 times the meeting, held at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Brawijaya.
