DAUROH TARQIYAH 1 DAN 2

Regenerations is important for all organizations. The organization will not be able to walk to achieve its vision and mission if it does not have a cadre. Kaderisasi also must continue in regeneration, this is to maintain the sustainability of an organization. The new organizational cadre at the outset must understand what is in the organization and this is unlikely if the cadre by itself knows without any introduction. So for this is a new student who becomes a new cadre for forstilling need assistance to be able to adjust to the environment Forstilling. Forstilling is so through the Training of Forstilling Stage 2 and 3 is expected new students can recognize the existing organizational culture in Fostilling, so we held the program Dauroh Tarqiyah 1 and 2 as one of the Forstilling cadre flow as well as container increase tsaqofah islamiyah.

The purpose of this training is to raise awareness and sincerity of students to learn and apply Islamic values optimally in campus and community life, Melejitkan potential students of achieving, intellectual and spiritual intellectuals. Appearing awareness and motivation among young Muslim intellectuals to take an active role in the development of Islamic Shari’a, and the birth of competent cadres in organizing, cooperating, and implementing Islamic Shari’a.

The activities of Dauroh Tarqiyah 1 and 2 are Lectures, Training, and Discussion. This form of Forstilling Training is the material of space and field materials about the deeper of Islamic science, related to the science of leadership, organizational management and others. SGD (Small Group Discussion) and Outbond programs with games created in such a way that each participant can take lessons from the games.

The implementation of the activities of Dauroh Tarqiyah1 and 2 was carried out in two stages. The first stage on 1-2 April 2017 and phase 2 was held on 14-15 October 2017. With the speakers in the first session that is Ustadz Arief Alamsyah and in the second session namely Ustadz Andri Kurniawan. In the second stage of the first session speaker Ustadz Abu Haidar and the second session, Fajar Najri Ustadz. In Dauroh Tarqiyah 1 followed by 65 participants while in Dauroh Tarqiyah 2 followed by 50 participants. And they seemed very enthusiastic to follow the activities of Dauroh Tarqiyah 1 and 2 proven by their active asking at the time of the questions submitted by the presenters.
