DELEGATION ON THE “OLIMPIADE AKUNTANSI DAN PASAR MODAL” IN STATE POLYTECHNIC OF JAKARTA

The FEB UB Delegation Team consisting of Dita Meilana Sari (Team Leader), Elok Riskika Putri, and Diah Suci Khoiriyah qualified for the main round in the OAPM competition. OAPM (Olimpiade Akuntansi dan Pasar Modal) is a series of competitions and rhis competitions will be attended by students from accounting and economics major in Indonesia. This is  a contribution to the development of knowledge and skills of accounting students. Through this competition it is hoped that it can be used as a means of competing fairly among competition participants. Competition activity on general accounting and capital markets which is the largest event in the State Polytechnic of Jakarta Accounting Department, namely Accounting Fair (AF).

On January 24-February 24, 2019, the registration process has been carried out and on March 1, 2019 the first round has been carried out, namely the preliminary (online testing). Of the 63 registering teams, 20 of the best teams were taken to proceed to the main round which will be held at the State Polytechnic of Jakarta on March 18-20 2019. The OAPM series of events began on March 18, 2019, namely technical meeting. Continued on March 19, 2019 with preliminary and semifinal. And the last is March 20, 2019 with the final and awarding round.

The team has prepared itself in a race with accounting practice exercises in groups every day until the D-day. It is expected that the delegation team can get the best results.
