28 May 2015Brawijaya Economic Choir (BEC) to prepare and exercise routine to prepare themselves in order to follow the race National folkore festival organized by the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia, Jakarta.
Preparation is done by the Brawijaya Economic Choir since early January. Exercise is done every 3 times a week and then more intense as it approached the day of the race. The rehearsal conducted on April 21, 2015 in UB’s Samantha Krida.
Brawijaya Economic Choir perform preparation for departure to Jakarta on April 22, 2015 where delegates before departing for the release of Brawijaya Economic Choir’s Expert Staff by the Dean, Mr. Diaz, in front of the House Dean Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Brawijaya. Before being released to departure, Brawijaya Economic Choir was asked to sing a song. Then the signing session conducted by Mr. Diaz, coach Bawijaya Economic Choir, and the Chairman of the Economic Brawijaya Choir in the banner that has been provided. After the signing session is completed, Brawijaya Economic Choir departed for Jakarta.
The trip is done for 1 day and 1 night. After a journey of about 20 hours we finally arrived at the hotel. The next night BEC did last practice before the race.
At 3am BEC getting makeup and costumes and practice briefly. After that BEC FEUI headed for the race.
BEC to Trial Stage for 5 minutes. Then get in order of appearance number 5. BEC performed very prima bring 3 pieces of songs that the Emerald of the Equator as the anthem in the race NFF FEUI 2015, the second song is sung and the last Soleram Macepet-tune the velocity of Bali.
At the end of the session, BEC can snatch title to 5 of total participants overall university category 18 participants from various universities. BEC should be proud because it is the only team that entered the Faculty Choir great considering five contenders in the 2015 NFF FEUI all the team University Choir. An achievement that should be appreciated.
