According to Eddy Soeryanto Soegoto entrepreneurship is a creative effort carried out based on innovation to produce something new, have added value, provide benefits, create jobs and the results are useful for others. Entrepreneurial behavior according to Kuncara (2008: 1) is influenced by internal factors and external factors. Internal factors, namely personal skills related to how we manage ourselves. A person’s personal skills consist of 3 most important elements, namely: (1) self-awareness, (2) self-regulation, (3) motivation. External factors, namely social skills related to how we handle a relationship. A person’s social skills consist of 2 most important elements, namely: (1) empathy, and (2) social skills.

The Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Brawijaya annually receives more than 1000 new students and there are more than 2000 active undergraduate students. This is a great potential in the field of entrepreneurship, where of the many students there are students who already have businesses, are just starting to pioneer, or are willing to have their own business, there needs to be activities that can facilitate that potential to the maximum and provide solutions to problems faced in starting a business or developing a business so that later it can be realized. Of the three events gave birth to several problems, including how students can develop their business, how students get capital, how students must start their business, and so forth.
