FEM FEST 2.0 2019

The Faculty of Economics Festival (FEM FEST) 2.0 2019 is an event carried out by Students of the Faculty of Economics and Management, University of Darussalam, Gontor. This event is an annual event, which this year is the second implementation. FEM FEST 2.0 is an event in which there are several competition activities, namely: National level Islamic Economic Olympiad Competition, Debate Competition, Scientific Writing Competition, Business Plan Competition and many more. This event is an international standard event.

This year, the theme raised at the ISFEST program was “Reviving Islamic Economics, Business and Finance in Millennium Generation”. The event was held on February 18-20 2019, which took place at the Faculty of Economics and Management, University of Darussalam, Gontor. In the race branch that we participated in, namely the Islamic Economic Olympiad Competition, in the final stage there were 10 teams leaving for Gontor. In the previous stage, all participants who enrolled in the essay selection were made by the FEMFEST leader, after 10 essay selections were selected for the best team with the highest accumulated scores. The team is a team from all universities in Indonesia, namely: Airlangga University, Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta, Indonesian Education University, Sunan Kalijaga State Islamic University, and others

In this competition, the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Brawijaya sent a deegation team, namely, Naomi Finesha Mauren (165020500111021) from the Department of Economics, Muhammad Amri Robbani (165020500111013) from the Department of Economics and Dina Safrina (155020500111048) from the Department of Economics. . In this competition the delegation from Brawijaya University got a good result which won 1st place. While the 2nd and 3rd place winners were obtained by Airlangga University
