Fireworks: Fire Your Spirit Brighten up Your Mind

This year, Inbox Economic of English (ICOSH) Faculty of Economics and Business Brawijaya University hold English debate competition and news casting competition called English Fair. The theme of this competition is “Fireworks: Fire Your Spirit Brighten up Your Mind”. This competition will be held on December 2^nd, 2017 to December 3^rd, 2017 at D Building of Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Brawijaya. This year, English Fair is held nationally to be followed by various high schools or equivalents and universities throughout Indonesia. Publication of this competition is done by distributing posters to various high school or equivalent and universities in Malang and surrounding areas. In addition, publications are also conducted electronically through cooperation with media partner accounts that can publish this competition better on a national scale. The committee of 48 people from this event was formed from the result of open recruitment to all active students of S1 FEB UB starting from 2015-2017.Hopefully, this competition can be a place to develop the ability to speak in English, develop critical thinking ability and sensitive to various social problems that occur in nowadays. With the growing age of young people are required to be more responsive to the situation in the surrounding environment. Besides, this event is expected to be able to introduce Universtas Brawijaya especially Faculty of Economics and Business to participants and also society in general.
