In the business world, its very closely related to different areas. Among these are human resource planning, proper budget design, efficient management of raw materials, distribution of goods to market them to the hands of consumers. Indonesia is one of the most populous countries in the world. With a total of more than 200 million people, it is a challenge for a company to be able to know and provide the needs of Indonesian people with a variety of different tastes. With a variety of tastes, marketing strategies and approaches are needed in accordance with the target consumers. As a student of the faculty of economics and business who want to pursue the business world, a variety of preparation and maturation of marketing strategies in accordance with the intended target market. Not only that, as a marketer must also be smart in establishing cooperation and good communication with relationships or companies to create mutual relationships from related parties.

In the marketing world, much has to be prepared for the negotiation process to proceed smoothly. Starting from a neat clothing fashion and speak a good language. And master the conversation and understand the topic to be discussed. And as a prospective marketer, is required to master such things in order to support their performance well. Students who will be in the field of marketing have at least a briefing about the marketing itself.

Therefore, BEM FEB UB as a student facilitator held a workshop and training on matters about marketing world. From basic to negotiation in a way – good and true communication. This event is called Art Of Marketing which is a training that will be guided by a marketing trainer so that can improve soft skill in the field of marketing. In general, the goal to be achieved through this activity is to improve the quality of human resources in the field of entrepreneurship that later as the future provision of future career. The specific objectives to be achieved through this activity are:

  1. Knowing the basic knowledge in theory and practice in the marketing world.
  2. Increase soft skill marketing product sales.
  3. Preparing the participants to be able to enter the field of marketing.
  4. Participants are able to communicate and partner with external parties well

Participants of this event are all students of Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Brawijaya which is respectable 100 people.
