Understanding the character of each individual is not easy. Need process to get to know one another. Through media training organization each individual is expected to be invited to begin to understand co-workers who will build the organization together. It relates also to the professional work that must be done by the activist organization with respect to at least the time available to the human resources which can cooperate with each other.

Idealism students who always want everything can be achieved at a young age it is reasonable and it became one of the things that can trigger for them to continue a career and become a campus activist. Only in this case the student must have special skills in organizing themselves, time, and heart. The perfect student is a student who can balance the academic and nonakademiknya. To be able to create a spirited student academic organizational and hence the need for activities that can motivate students to continue to participate in the change towards civilization in the 21st century.

Such activities may include training organization for students who love to organize and make themselves into a man who is confident and full of sacrifice and responsibility towards their mandate. It is a manifestation of the creation of a religious democracy that considers duty is a trust that must be resolved. Training activities Organization / Up Grading is an activity that is carried out twice in the management. This activity is carried out in the form of training or other related to the development of self, team, and organization. Purpose and objectives

  1. Provide BEMers understanding of everything about BEM-FEB.

  5. Meet the needs of the management and organization.

  10. Increase the sense of brotherhood and cooperation between BEMers.
