A team from Faculty of Economics and Business Brawijaya University got the first place on one of the prestigious inter-student championship National Economic Events (NETs) held by Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan Ekonomi dan Studi Pembangunan, Jenderal Soedirman University. This competition was held in Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto at June 2 to 4, 2015
In this competition, the team sent one delegation led by Azhar Syahida with Aldy Pradana and Endang Praptiningsih.
In this competition, Brawijaya’s delegation had to face several selection. Started by paper selection followed by more than 30 teams from various universities in Indonesia. After the selection, it come to the final part which took 6 best team. The teams were from Brawijaya University, Yogyakarta State University, Semarang State University, Sebelas Maret State University, and Jenderal Soedirman University. They had to present their paper on Faculty of Economics Jenderal Soedirman University.
The final part was held on June 31, 2015. The best teams presented their paper. This event was attended by the dean of the faculty, BAPPEDA Banyumas region, and the board of jury that consist of academician and practicioner. After faced the best process, finally the team of Brawijaya University got the first place on National Economic Events 2015.
