THE 16th HOKKAIDO INDONESIA STUDENT ASSOCIATION SCIENTIFIC MEETING (HISAS16) BADAN EKSEKUTIF MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS BRAWIJAYA 2019

The 16th HISAS (HOKKAIDO INDONESIA STUDENT ASSOCIATION SCIENTIFIC MEETING) Call For Paper and Conference is an activity in the form of an international scientific writing competition. For this year the scientific writing competition will carry the theme “Integrated Science for Improving Disaster Risk Management in Indonesia” is one of the work programs of the Japanese Indonesian Student Association in Hokkaido.

The HISAS16 2019 event was held to inform the public about the development of science in overcoming the impact of natural disasters in Indonesia and as a means to develop students and community interest in applying the knowledge and experience gained from competition so as to improve intellectuality.

The 16th HISAS 2019 was held on Thursday-Tuesday, March 14-18 2019 which took place at the Faculty of Environment, Hokkaido University. The 16th HISAS 2019, invited several presenters, namely PROF. YUICHIRO TANIOKA as Professor of the Institute of Seismology and Volcanology at the Faculty of Science Hokkaido University, RIYANTI DJALANTE, PH.D as the United Nations University Institute for the Advanced Study of Sustainable, SASTIA PRAMA PUTRI, PhD as the Department of Biotechnology at Osaka University Japan.
