“The Excercise Routine of Saweri Gading Period from January to May 2018”

Futsal FEB-UB is an organization under the Department of Youth and Sport BEM FEB-UB which has a lot of talented players with skills above average. Futsal of FEB-UB has a desire, which is to lift the name of Faculty of Economics Universitas Brawijaya at national level by carving a glorious achievement through futsal sport. The follow-up of the development of these achievements, then men’s and woman’s team Saweri Gading FEB-UB has been carrying out activities “Excercise  Routine Saweri Gading Period January – May 2018”. “The Excercise Routine of Saweri Gading Period from January to May 2018” is a routine exercise activity that lasts for approximately 4 months starting from 1 January to 1 May 2018 aimed at increasing the potential of the players.

Exercise Routine Saweri Gading Period January – May 2018 held in the Field Futsal Singo Nade, Champions Tidar Field, Field Futsal SM Zone, and Field Futsal Niki Mirah. For the men’s team regular exercise routine is held on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday while for the women’s team on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at the agreed place. The time allocation of this activity is 2 hours per exercise with the giving of technical and physical material provided by the trainer for the men’s and women’s team of Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Brawijaya.

Coach for Saweri Gading’s futsal team is Hamzah Syahid Ramadhan accompanied by Mochammad Ibnu Kudus as a coach kipper . For futsal teams Sawerita trained by Naufal Fidaus Nadjib, Muhammad Dinial Ciptaul K and Rifat Tri Nugraha as coach kipper futsal daughter sawili ivory. With the implementation of this exercise routine activities the players can master the basic and advanced skill futsal and won a number of championships at regional and national level to the name of the Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Brawijaya. Among them are ARTEFAC UNS 2018 and HORE CUP 2018
