TRAINING ORGANIZATION II

It takes a process to get to know each other. Through the training organization is expected every individual is invited to begin to understand colleagues who will build the organization together. Activity Training Organization II is a preliminary debriefing for all members of Staff Selang BEM elected to run amanahnya during the next half period. The theme of this activity is “Lets Develope Our Self and Make Improvement”. While the objective of Training Organization II is to establish intimacy and solidarity among BEM FEB UB functionaries and understanding the task of new members as executor in KM FEB UB and Internalization VISION, MISSION, GBHK, and AD / ART.

Training Organization II consists of SGD (Small Group Discussion), TO Indoor, and TO Outdoor. SGD (Small Group Discussion) was held on Saturday, November 2, 2017 in the Main Hall Hall and the theme raised in the discussion was “Legalization of Cannabis for Medicine in Society”. At the time the SGD participants are divided into 4 perspectives, namely Pro Community, Community Cons, Government and Students. Then, for TO Indoor held on Saturday, November 16, 2017 in Room D2.4 which presents 3 speakers who bring different materials. The first session speaker was Regina Yusi Ananda with BEM Introduction material, the second session was Arky Darmawan who brought the Student Movement material, and the final material was Vadyega Qanayadeshtra with Self Management material.

Next is TO Outdoor activities held in Building D Hall of Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Brawijaya on September 23, 2017. The event was held from 12:00 until 21:00 hours, TO Outdoor Activities filled with a variety of fun games are Balloon Train and Capture Me. Giving funny name games is expected to make the atmosphere more fun. In the last hour TO Outdoor held Action Management. The activity is just a simulation to provide knowledge about Action and instill a critical and solutive culture. Engineering issues raised are Students Assessing Deeper Concerning Hits Building Development.
