HALAL INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT IN INDONESIA THROUGH OPTIMIZATION OF ZISWAF AND SOCIOPRENEUR

In Indonesia, the halal industry has not been fully implemented. Even though Indonesia is the country with the largest consumers of halal food products in the world with an economic value of 197 billion US dollars, followed by Turkey which reached 100 billion US dollars. Ironically, Indonesia itself is still ranked 10th in the world halal industry market. the first rank is held by Malaysia which is currently developing its halal industry massively. Then the next ranking is the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, and Jordan. In fact, if it is well driven, Indonesia has the potential to be the first rank in the world halal industry market, considering that Indonesia is one of the countries with the largest Muslim population in the world, with a population of 85.2 percent or 200 million of the total population of 235 million people. This number is equivalent to the number of Muslims in six Islamic countries, namely Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Malaysia and Turkey.

To start a halal industry, there is a need for a small investment. Maybe bigger than other types of industry. Because a lot must be a concern when implementing this industry. Halal products are not only identical to Muslim communities, because halal products are expected to be interpreted by the process of making products with better treatment because the guarantee of a product is halal or not determined by many things, starting from the selection of raw materials, production processes, packaging, to logistics. The development of the halal industrial zone is not only aimed at meeting domestic needs, but also aims to have export-oriented products, especially to countries in the Middle East, which are currently dominated by halal products made in China and Thailand.

Then proceed with the gala diner at night. On Tuesday April 16 2019 participants prepared for the fieldtrip departure and continued with return to their respective residences.
