Indonesia is a developing country where science and technology play an important role that becomes a major milestone in supporting the resilience and development of the Indonesian economy. Various efforts to develop science and technology continue to be done to produce products that are globally competitive, realizing the independence of the nation, as well as to realize sustainable development goals.
Through the Global Ideapreneur Week 2017 event organized by Malaysian Global Innovation & Creativity Center, it is an effort that realizes ideas, fundraising and business experience to promote business development solutions in Indonesia Cultured to Create an Independent Indonesia. The Start – Up race aims to explore the potential, creativity and innovation of youth in using, developing or creating a globally competitive business.
The purpose of this activity is to channel the talents of students, especially in activities melaukan business planning. (2) Business funding search (3) Contributing to the progress of the nation and government. This activity was held on 21-23 April 2017 in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. Participants consist of 25 teams of students spread across Southeast Asia. This activity consists of individuals and groups, where indovidu consists of (1) Best Speakers (2) Best Leaders (3) Best delegates (4) Most Innovative and Creative and groups consisting of (1) Best idea of future strategy (2) ) Best Solution for Future (3) Best Team).
Ideapreneur Week program is divided into three stages, the first stage is by uploading BMC (Business Model Canvas) and then in the selection until there are 25 teams. After 25 best teams were invited to a presentation at MAGIC (Malaysian Global Innovation Center) in Cyberjaya – Malaysia. After arriving there are two stages of presentation. Where will the best 14 teams be invited on the main stage for presentation on MAGIC.
