International Student Exchange Programme at MSU Malaysia

image001In conjunction with 30 years anniversary of MSU, we would like to invite students from ABEST21 Members Universities to participate in the Student Exchange Programme (undergraduate studies) in MSU starting from September 2011.  The tuition fee will be waived for Students who come from and recommend by ABEST21 Members Universities.

  1. Students must complete the Application Form and submit to their home University for forwarding to us.  Please find the attached Application Form.
  2. In conjunction with 30 years anniversary of MSU, the tuition fee will be waived for students who submit their application before 31 September 2011 and join before 30 November 2011.
  3. Exchange Programme Duration: from minimum 2 months to maximum 6 months.
  4. Students may choose to study the subjects offered by the following faculties:
    • Faculty of Business Management & Professional Studies (FBMP)
    • Faculty of Information Sciences & Engineering (FISE)
    • Faculty of Health & Life Sciences (FHLS)
      All the courses are conducted in English.
  5. Malay Language Course (Beginner level) can be arranged based on request.
  6. MSU will assist students in Student Visa Application.
    Exchange Programme Fees

    • Application Fee waived**
    • Per Subject Fee waived**
    • Malay Language Course waived**
    • Student Pass & Visa Processing Fee RM460

    **Application Fee, Subject Fee & Malay Language Course fee will be waived for students who submit their application before 31 September 2011 and join/register before 30 November 2011. Terms & conditions apply.

  7. The living expenses in Shah Alam City are approximately RM1000 (USD350) per month.  MSU will assist students in Accommodation arrangement.  These expenses are subject to change without prior notice and will be vary depending on personal spending habits.
    Living Expenses Per Month (estimation):

    • Accommodation ~RM400
    • Meals    RM300
    • Transportation    RM200
    • Other expenses (e.g stationery, groceries)     RM100
    • Total estimated monthly expenses    RM1,000 (~ USD350)
