Students have an important role for the progress of the nation. The achievement of the nation’s progress needs preparedness in the face of change. For the sake of the realization of change towards a better direction then the human resources must have a good life pattern and mindset.

Organization is one of the containers for students to develop their skills or abilities. By following the organization, students will be accustomed to have high responsibilities and work with professionals. In addition, it can have a positive influence on campus and community environment. And, can make students more able to manage themselves in the field of academic or non-academic fields, because the two areas that must keep running in balance.

Based on the daily meeting of HMJIE FEB UB, we held Organization Training activity on February 18, 2018 and March 3-4, 2018. The theme used is RESPEK which stands for Responsiveness, Synergy, Professionalism, Ethics and Comprehensive. This activity is divided into two events namely Material and Small Group Discussions and the top event Organization Training. In the event Materials and Small Groups Discussions presenters who have attended are Willy Ariwiguna and Atu Bagus Wiguna.S.E, M.E. The presenters delivered materials on “Time Management” and “Organizational”. In the “Time Management” material has been described about Magic 24 “A (not) Management Session)”. According to Mr. Willy Ariwiguna, Time is a great value investment. Time can not be managed but we manage by ourselves. In this world there is no time management, there is only management activity.

In addition to getting the material about “Time Management”. The staff also get material about “Organizational” which has been delivered by Mr. Atu Bagus Wiguna as lecturer of Economics FEB UB. According to him, in the organization has many differences that can not be avoided but we must manage. And the way to deal with those differences is to communicate on an ongoing basis. After the materials took place the staff also conducted a Small Group Discussion which discussed “Economic Development of Indonesia: Infrastructure first or SDM first” which is divided into 4 points of view. As observers of infrastructure, human resources observers, government observers and Bappenas observers. While presenters at the top of the Organization Training event, presenters were Muhammad Fikri (Chairman of HMJIE 2017), and Anita Ramandhani Rachmah (Vice Chairman of HMJIE 2017) material about KM FEB and leadership. According to him, the leader must have influence, ambition, capability to all his subordinates. On Sunday March 4, 2018, social activities have been conducted to villagers and outbound activities aimed at fostering sensitivity towards others and fostering sense of belongsspeakers at the top of the Organization Training event, presenters include Muhammad Fikri (Ketua Umum HMJIE 2017), and Anita Ramandhani Rachmah (Wakil Ketua Umum HMJIE 2017) material about KM FEB. On Sunday March 4, 2018, social activities have been conducted to the villagers and outbound activities aimed at fostering sensitivity towards others and fostering a sense of belongs.
