The team explained that the proposed idea was to lift products from materials that were of no economic value but had high nutritional value to be processed into products that could be sold. In this case, our team uses ingredients from elephant grass and kesen fruit. Both of these ingredients are processed into soft candy that is highly nutritious, besides the benefits of our products is a snack that can delay hunger. The focus of our team is to make snacks that can delay hunger because around 17-59% of Indonesians often leave breakfast for various reasons such as no time. In fact, breakfast has an important role before someone does daily activities. Therefore our team makes this product so that many people can still have energy support for activities all day even though they don’t have breakfast in the morning.
