We would like to inform to all of the Universitas Brawijaya’s academic community, as to improve the UB’s public services qualities, you can now submit your complaints related to UB’s public services by means of an online service. This online service are known as Layanan Aspirasi dan Pengaduan Online Rakyat, or abbreviated as LAPOR!

LAPOR! is an online service initiated by the Presidential Unit of Development Supervision and Control (UKP-PPP), in order to increase community participation as well as its interaction with the government, in the context of supervision of development programs and public services.

Thus, UB now has two lines of complaint service handling, which is through the UB e-complaint ( http://e-complaint.ub.ac.id/ ) and through the means of LAPOR! service ( http://www.lapor.go.id/ ).

With this new complaint service lines, we hope that UB’s public services can be better and better towards the future.
