Increasing the actualization of performance through self-competence training as a forum for us to serve and dedicated to the community

It takes a process to get to know each other. Through the media training organization is expected every individual is invited to begin to understand colleagues who will build the organization together. Activity Training Organization I is the initial provision for all members of BEM selected to run the trust during one period ahead. The theme of this activity is “Increasing the actualization of performance through self-competence training as a forum for us to serve and dedicated to the community”. While the objective of Training Organization I is to establish intimacy and solidarity among BEM FEB UB functionaries and understanding the task of new members as executor in KM FEB UB and Internalization VISION, MISSION, GBHK, and AD / ART.

               Activity Training Organization I consists of SGD (Small Group Discussion), TO Indoor, and TO Outdoor. SGD (Small Group Discussion) was held on Saturday, February 17, 2018 in Room Hall of 3rd floor of Main Building and the theme raised in the discussion was “Should the Indonesian Government import rice?”. At the time of SGD participants will be divided into 5 points of view, namely Farmers, Consumers, Bulog, Government and Students. Then, for TO Indoor held on Sunday, February 25, 2018 in Room Hall of the 3rd floor of Building D which presents 4 speakers who bring different materials. The first session speaker was Muhamad Dicky Kusnadi with BEM Introduction material, the second session was Arky Darmawan who presented the Student Movement materials, the third session was Ahmad Zaky Darmawan of Self Management.

               Next is the TO Outdoor activities held at Yayasan Bani Hasyim, Singosari District, Malang on 3 to 4 March 2017. The event was held 2 days, participants and the committee stayed at the foundation. TO Outdoor activities will be filled with fun games like Water Tower, Leak-leak, and Rubber Transfer. Giving funny name games is expected to make the atmosphere more fun. On the last day TO Outdoor will be implemented Action Management. The activity is just a simulation to provide knowledge about Action and instill a critical and solutive culture. Engineering issues raised are “Should the Indonesian government import rice?”.

               The last series of Training Organization activities is, Reborn of Leader which will be held on Sunday, March 18, 2018 which is held in Building D Hall of Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Brawijaya.

               Big hope from the committee is hopefully this event can run as planned previously. The support and cooperation of all parties is desirable for this event to run successfully. Amen.
