ABOUT ORGANIZATION TRAINING 2019
Organization Training (OT) Is a training activity on the management and main functions as administrators of HMJIE by carrying out the values of “PRODUCTIVE” in order to have a soul of leadership and good self-management, as well as increasing organizational enthusiasm to HMJIE functions.
The general goal to be achieved through Organization Training activities is to increase the participation of students, especially the administrators of HMJ IE FEB UB in 2019 in developing personal trustworthiness to carry out their duties in an institutional or organizational container so that the image of HMJ IE FEB-UB in the future is expected to be getting better and better.
The first series will be held on October 5, 2019 intended for HMJIE 2019 permanent staff and the second series on October 6, 2019 is intended for HMJIE apprentice staff 2019. This activity is carried out in the Hall of Building D FEB UB. These activities include briefing on leadership, time management, introduction to the organizational structure of KM FEB, and others.
