The work program of Olympic Training and Scientific Writing of Islamic Economics is one of the work programs of the Research and Development department of the autonomous institution Center for Islamic Economic Studies (CIES) which focuses on the field of CIES cadre training especially in the field of Islamic economics. The purpose of this work program is to hone the skills and soft skills of cadres, especially in science which will later be included in various branches of the competition. In the Olympic training and writing this paper is divided into 2 training methods. First, the form of activity is called LARUTAN. LARUTAN is a training that is held every two weeks precisely on Wednesday or Friday afternoon. This activity was held at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Brawijaya. Then the activity will be divided into two classes. The first class for the focus of Islamic economic olympiad and the second class is to focus scientific papers or business plans on Islamic economics. This activity was attended by several suitable mentors in their fields. Mentors are taken from experienced Daily Management Bodies to win the race and have received the material to be delivered. In this activity a number of teams will be formed which will be ready to be delegated to various competitions.

Second, this form of activity is called GARASI or Delegation in Action. The garage is a form of achievement class for CIES cadres to train their skills intensively. This activity is held once a week at conditional time according to the agreement with his mentor. This activity can be said as a consultation for their work to the mentor. Mentors are taken from experienced Daily Management Bodies to win the race and have received the material to be delivered. In this activity a number of teams will be formed which will be ready to be delegated to various competitions.
