TRAINING ORGANIZATION I

Need a process to get to know each other. Through this media training organization, it is expected that each individual will be invited to begin to understand colleagues who will build the organization together. Training Organization I activities

is an initial briefing for all elected BEM members to carry out their mandate for the next period. The theme of this activity is “Increasing self-actualization by optimizing the ability and self-potential to be dedicated to the surrounding environment”. While the purpose of Training Organization I is to establish intimacy and a sense of solidarity among the functionaries of BEM FEB UB and understanding the duties of new members as executors in KM FEB UB and Internalization of VISION, MISSION, GBHK, and AD / ART.

Training Organization I activities consist of TO Indoor, and TO Outdoor. The first phase is the FNP (Fit and Proper Test) that has been held on Saturday, Saturday and Sunday, 26 January 27, 2019 in Building D 2.1, D 2.2, and D Class 2.3 rooms.

Then there is SGD (Small Group Discussion) which was held on Saturday, February 2, 2019 in the 3rd floor GU Hall and the theme raised in the discussion was “e-commerse vs. conventional, equality or justice”. At the time SGD participants were divided into 5 segments of viewpoint, namely Conventional Retail Entrepreneurs, Retail Entrepreneurs E-Commerce, Society, Government and Students. The activity went very lively because each group expressed their arguments enthusiastically. The mutual objections and comments from each group made the discussion even more exciting.

Then, for TO Indoor held on Sunday, February 10, 2019 in the Hall of Building D which presents 3 presenters who brought different material. The first session speaker was Tazki Theosofi with BEM Introduction material, the second session was Muhammad Nur Fauzan who presented the Student Movement material, and the last was Muhamad Dicky Kusnadi, the material was Action Management. The TO Indoor activity was very exciting because when the material was delivered from each speaker, the participants were very enthusiastic especially during the question and answer session.

Next is the TO Outdoor activity held at Villa Wisma Tani, Batu, Malang on Saturday, d. Sunday, 16 February 17, 2019 runs quite smoothly and quite impressively. The event was held 2 days, participants and organizers stayed at the Villa. The TO Outdoor activity was filled with various games as a means of gluing and entertainment for the participants and the committee itself. The entire committee and participants were happy because each game must have a new story that made laughter and added cohesiveness among the participants.

On the last day of TO Outdoor, a social project was implemented which implemented the role of students as agents of change in the form of surveys to the public about the problems and conditions in the region, so that students took part in fixing the problems around them. The participants seemed enthusiastic to conduct a social survey by colonizing the houses of residents around Villa Tani, in addition to the beautiful scenery. After obtaining all the data, the participants presented the data and the results of the interview surveys that they got and gave some suggestions for the development of this village. The presentation went smoothly and the enthusiasm of the other participants in responding and listening to the presentation was quite good.

Mature planning and optimal effort in the activities of Training Organization I finally succeeded in carrying out everything. Support and cooperation from all parties is very helpful in the success of this event. The committee’s great hope was that through this activity the BEM FEB UB functionaries were able to apply the material that had been delivered at each activity session and further establish familiarity between functionaries and be able to carry out the mandate for the next period.
