SINGAPORE, January 12, 2024 – James Cook University Singapore welcomed Professor Dodi W. Irawanto from Brawijaya University as a distinguished guest lecturer on Friday, January 12, 2024. The event, hosted at the university’s Research Center, provided a platform for Prof Irawanto to share insights from his groundbreaking research on the development of a web-based Human Resources measurement application.
Professor Irawanto, who serves as the Head of the Leadership and Organization Center in the Management Department at Brawijaya University, presented his experiences and the robust model behind the innovative HR measurement app. The lecture, attended by CP1402 students and faculty members, aimed to inspire a deeper understanding of diverse perspectives within the academic community.
